Floor repairs: flagstones reset, new joists and insulation, reinstated boards and Osmo finish.
New electrical installation, external lighting, extract ventilation and testing.
New mains water supply, drainage investigations and foul drainage upgrades.
Installation of Doc M compliant WC, plumbing works and tiled splashback.
Full internal and external redecoration using breathable, conservation‑appropriate finishes.
